Objective: To examine geographical differences in phthalate exposure of pregnant women in Denmark and Australia and to evaluate exposure changes over time in Denmark after regulation of phthalates.  
 
Description: We will analyse concentrations of phthalate metabolites in prenatal maternal blood samples derived from three cohorts: the Western Australian Pregnancy Cohort (Raine) Study (1989-91), and the Copenhagen Mother-Child cohort Cop1 (1997-2001) and Cop2 (2012-14).

Outcome: Concentration of phthalates in serum samples from pregnant women
