Objective: This project aims at investigating whether exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals varies during pregnancy.
 
Description: 534 prenatal serum samples from 128 pregnant women in Denmark taken repetitively week 12, 20,30 and 40 of pregnancy will be analyzed for 9 UV filters, 32 metabolites from 15 phthalate diesters, 8 phenols and 7 parabens by TurboFlow-LC-MS/MS.
 
Outcome: Changes in serum concentrations of multiple endocrine disrupting chemicals in Danish pregnant women from first trimester until delivery.
